Hello. Yesterday, I tried to top up my account, but the funds were deducted three times. I would like a refund for two of these top-ups.

@fcbandgse  You need to call customer support this isn’t that its a public forum that doesn’t know who you are or let alone have access to your EE account to sanction such a thing. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

@fcbandgse : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
