Hi, I have been with EE for 2 years now and my essential plan is due to end November 15th.
when I log in, my status still says unable to upgrade (there is no outstanding bills).
when will I be able to upgrade and are credit checks run for upgrading? I have a mortgage going through and don’t want anything to leave marks on my checks.

If you check your Plan & Add-Ons, does it say when your contract end date is?
Do you get any other error messages?

Mine is saying exact same thing and just wondering same? but been with EE a very very long time and my daughters contracts ends 18th November and mine January

You aren't credit checked when upgrading, @sjjo80. Just when taking out a new contract.
It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team.
