Any help would be appreciative here.
I have two different 30% friends & family discount codes given to me by my friends and I’m due an upgrade however when trying to checkout on the selected contract of choice when I try to submit the code I get the error message “coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided”.

Are the plans that you're choosing already discounted in any way, or special offers?
If you're connected to a VPN, please try when it isn't connected as this can affect voucher codes.

Not from what I can see, the only offer was a zero upgrade fee as I only have less than a month remaining.
And the plan itself on a Samsung Galaxy S22+ isn’t discounted neither from what I can make out 😕
But I’ve also tried both codes on other mobiles with no offers and have the same outcome. I’m doing this off my phone as well no VPN safari & Edge.

Hi we are having this same issue for my friend. How do we resolve this please? Tried 2 different codes just to upgrade to a sim only that isn't discounted

I also have generate a F & F code today as work for EE and am getting the same error when applying at the checkout - I have tried various browser both on phone and laptop and no joy. Can you advise please?

To Anybody who can help.
I work for BT direct and am trying to add friends and family discount to my families EE connections.
Can anybody help on how I go about doing this?

Once you have the friends and family codes, you can give these to your friends and family to enter on the EE Shop online when they upgrade or take out an eligible EE contract.
