Hope you've all had a good Christmas & New Year.
I just needed some clarification. On Sunday morning I called EE and started the sign up process for a new Pay Monthly sim. I was told that the it had been referred to the referral team ( this I expected due to extra protection on my credit file so normal for me ) I was told they would call me yesterday but still not received any calls.
The EE sales guy I was in touch with by email and he said that if I didn't hear anything by 1pm Sunday 2/1 to email him and he would chase it. I have not heard from him ( I am guessing he is day off ) or Referral team as of today 3/1 13:30
Maybe its because its a Bank Holiday??

Yes you are probably correct.
There is no account access on these forums so you will need to call EE or chase your email tomorrow.
