Hi @Slawek1970,

Are you transferring a number over from another network? If so, you can text PORT to 150 from your new EE SIM. This will then reply and ask for the number you want to transfer over and then for your PAC Code from your previous network.

If you haven't got a PAC Code from your old network yet, you can text PAC to 65075 from your old network SIM. Once you give this code to EE via the method above, it will then set up the transfer and automatically cancel your old service.

Or, if you're looking to transfer a number from EE Pay As You Go to a new contract then you would likely need to call Customer Services and they can help with this.

Hope this helps, and get back to us if you have any questions.

@Slawek1970  This isn’t customer support and no one here can transfer any number to a contract.   You’ll need to speak with customer support.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
