Hi. New customer.
My contract states my bill will be £18
Your bill sent through is for £20
11% increase.
Not very happy at all.

Can you post up screenshots of your contract & bill, with personal details redacted?
If this is your first bill, it will cover your first complete bill cycle in addition to pro-rata charges for the period between connection & first bill.

@ConfusedMatt if this is your first bill, then you have got the days before the bill was generated and then the month ahead.
