Contract has not ended

Around 1-2 months ago I have contacted EE through the live chat option within the app, which right now is not available, in order to let them know that I will not be renewing my contract with them and that I’ll only pay my last bill for January 2025 and that’s it. Yesterday I have received a new bill of £37.08 for the month of February.
With all due respect, I absolutely dislike EE for what they are doing. I want me contract cancelled because I had all the right to leave without paying any early termination fee. Now I am forced to keep on going because what? I want this contract cancelled and I can’t call them because I am working day and night. Live chat was my only hope. I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED BECAUSE MY 2 YEARS HAVE RUN OUT. I have specified this months ago.

@Carmenpetru04  You have to call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination.    If you want to change network propane keep the number just text PAC to 65075 and give that code to the new provider this will terminate that EE contract once your number migrates to that new provider.    If you don’t want to keep the number just text STAC to 65075 and give that code to the new provider and this will terminate that EE contract when that network process that code

You can not give notice longer than 30 days so around 1 or 2 is longer than 30 days

I gave them 60 days notice. They said they’ll end it. It didn’t happen.

@Carmenpetru04 , we have no account access nor do we know who you are, but doing it through live chat is not ideal, so you will have to ring customer service to sort this out. You cannot give 60 days notice only 30 days notice, as @Chris_B  has mentioned. You chose the contract, there are cheaper options depending on how much data you need, you can change that, if you do not pay and stop paying your contract, which you actually chose, then you will end up with bad credit rating, which can cause you problems, so not recommended.
