I am unable to gain access to our invoices.  I keep getting this message: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I have investigated the issue through the brower console, cleared all caches etc and nothing is working.  

Can anyone assist please?

I appreciate if you've called us already about this, having to call again isn't very ideal @finelight 

We do also have a complaints webform if this would be easier for you. Once submitted the current response time is 7 days, so whilst calling would be quicker, this is another option.

Welcome to the Community.

Have you been able to view your invoices online before successfully? 
Have you tried using the EE app to view these, and if so, does the same error show?

Hi Linzi 

Thanks for responding to my issue.

This is the first time I've tried since having a lot of issues gaining access to the EE account page before Christmas due to issues on EE's side. 

I haven't tried that EE app as I'm not an EE user and this is a business account.

Ahh, thanks so much for letting me know @finelight 

I know you mentioned earlier clearing the cache, but have you tried a different device/web browser too? Just to make sure we've covered all the usual suggested steps. 

If you have and you're still no further forward, I would suggest getting back in touch with the team so they can work on getting this fully resolved.

Hi Linzi 

Yes, I've tried Explore and Chrome with no success.  It's frastrating having to call again to be honest but it seems like the only option.
