Contract cancellation

EE have all of sudden cancelled my contracts without any warning as I added a new line called up and was told there are special instructions on the account that I need to go into store with valid id it’s 2026 I don’t have time to visit stores if verify my id in the app verification will this be sufficient?

@ZAKB2026  You’ve been told go to a store the EE app isn’t a store. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Clearly your not here to help looks like you’ve nothing better to do on a Saturday evening.
