Contract and device termination

Hi, does anyone know if I can cancel my contract and go to another provider but keep my device plan with EE?

@Staffordc : If you are outside your min term, you could port your no. to another network. This will auto cancel your EE contract. So there'll be no plan to keep.

Hi, thanks for this. I have a device plan too at a separate cost so would want to keep this with EE. Think this is possible?

Yes, your device plan is a separate contract on the flex pay scheme. You'd keep that until it matures.

@Staffordc  You need to of completed your air time tariff in order to continue paying for the device tariff. If you’ve not completed the air tariff and you terminate you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of the device contract also.

The plan of allowances for data, mins & texts that is associated with your SIM. It is additional to your device plan.
