sat on hold to EE for god knows how long trying to get a hold of someone from customer support to enquire about the phone contract and bill ive been put onto. As it has changed dramatically from what i was told on the messager service would be a fixed contract after the inital 6 months at half price.

is there any way for me to lodge a complaint or find out who to contact correctly to not sit on hold for half a day for absolutely no one to answer by the end of it.  i have been a customer since 2022 and quite franky regret changing to EE

@mark1864 : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

You could try Live Chat. If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.
