sat on hold to EE for god knows how long trying to get a hold of someone from customer support to enquire about the phone contract and bill ive been put onto. As it has changed dramatically from what i was told on the messager service would be a fixed contract after the inital 6 months at half price.
is there any way for me to lodge a complaint or find out who to contact correctly to not sit on hold for half a day for absolutely no one to answer by the end of it. i have been a customer since 2022 and quite franky regret changing to EE

You could try Live Chat. If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

Who advised you of this? Do you have a screenshot of this message service, whoever it's from?
