Does anyone know how I can cancel my contract? It’s up today so I’ve gone sim only and don’t want to be charged another month.

Hello @Victoriaclaire ,
Wekcome to the community,
If you have upgraded to a sim only contract, then you should not be charged for another month, but for the sim only package, depending when you changed to sim only contract. If you actually did it as an upgrade, then you do not need to cancel, as that is what upgrade means, you are just changing your contract.

Hello @Victoriaclaire
If your looking to cancel your EE Contract. You will need to give 30 days notice. You can call them on 150 or using the 0800 number in my Signature.
How do I cancel my contract with EE?
If your looking to keep your number and moving it to another network then you will need a PAC Code. What is a PAC code?
