Contract Cancellation charge

I recently cancelled my contract via live chat and I asked if I would be charged the person said no however on my account it says I will be charged £74 for a plan I have not used and for a sim I have not received

If you're still within contract you'll need to pay the remaining contract if you want to leave. Same as most contracts.

You can't cancel over Live Chat. You need to phone CS to cancel. If you ordered by phone or online & are still within the cooling-off period there should be no charges.
