Contact details for the Loyalty team.

Hi all,

On Friday I requested my PAC code as I was looking to move away from EE unfortunately. However I had a phone call from someone in the Loyalty team.

They gave me a cracking deal but I had to go away and think about it and scheduled a call back from this Friday. I’m thinking that I’m gonna take the offer up!

Is there any contact details for them or will I need to just wait for my call back?

Cheers!

There are no public nos. for parts of EE. You just use the normal nos. for CS & follow the "Thinking of leaving us" route.
