Trying to upgrade

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade one of the lines on my plan - it has the yellow “time to upgrade” banner. When I click on that to go through to the store and select a phone, it says there are no plans available at the moment?

Could you try upgrading on a different device or browser please? Let me know if the same thing happens.
