Confirmation of discounts on Airtime plan

Hi . I have just upgraded and discussed over the phone the monthly amounts including trade in discount and 6 month half price airtime plan, but online it's only showing the original price for the tariff which is more than double. Where can I find confirmation of my monthly bill online with discounts to reassure me of what I'm paying each month?

@Lb310     Your account will show the true cost of the tariff as that’s the tariff.    Any discounts will show under add ons.
