Good afternoon everyone. I want to hear your experience with this. I pre ordered the s25 Ultra and chased delivery as I hadn't received anything. I rang EE today to find out why.

They said 2 discounts were applied to my order so it was put on hold and I could only have one. I did the trade in offer and transferred my broadband from BT to EE to take advantage of the £20 per month deduction. They offered me a new price today which was £19 higher than my preorder confirmation.

I've had to cancel my pre-order. Can they do this ?

Welcome to the community.

I can understand you'll want to get your hands on the new Samsung S25 Ultra, and at the lowest possible price.

You shouldn't be able to have multiple discounts in place, which is why the order would have been stopped when it came to processing it. 

Looking at the S25 Ultra offers, there are some that are already discounted, which would work with the trade-in offer, but you'd not be able to add further discounts to that.

Hi michael,

The price is had with the trade in offer was around £48 a month. I then transferred my bt broadband to EE to which  my pre order price fell to £41 a month. I didn't add any codes or vouchers for discounts. The trade in offer is the amount EE are giving me for my phone, so rather than giving me cash they're applying it to my contract. I don't see why this is classed as a discount. 

My cost should be honored as there was no malfunction reported about the website and I didn't add any voucher or discount codes. The only thing I added was my trade in and that price was what I took the contract out at.

Also, my phone should have been delivered around the 31st Jan. I rang EE today to be told it was placed on hold, that's poor service considering I have a sim contract with EE and just brought my broadband Afrom bt over to EE, for the savings offered, it's been over a week and I wasn't informed.

I can appreciare your frustration @Jamesstpatrick, but the discount you get for having your broadband with us is not something you're able to use alongside any other offers or promotions, which is why this has had to be removed.
