Upgrade for my SIM card not showing in the app

I recently decided to upgrade my plan through the EE app and it said I didn’t need a new SIM card to upgrade and I would receive a confirmation email but I haven’t received the email and my plan is still the same as before the upgrade have I misunderstood what I read or does it take a longer amount of time to update my plan (28th of march was the date I upgraded)

Welcome to the community.

Was the plan you upgraded from a phone contract or SIM only? If it was a phone contract, it will update when your minimum plan term expires (the last day of the contract).
