I tried calling and complaining but was fobbed off.
How else can I make a complaint? Have already started a complaint with the ombudsman due to terrible service from EE!

I'm disappointed to hear that we've left you feeling this way after speaking to us over the phone.
I appreciate that you may not want to call again to discuss your complaint, but if you do call back, you will be able to escalate your concerns to a Team Leader if needed.
The other option would be to submit a complaint online using our complaints webform, and a dedicated member of the team will respond to you within 7 days.

Was that after making a formal complaint to EE & either reaching a deadlock or waiting 8 weeks? If so, you have gone as far as you can go w/out taking Court action.

My experience of EE has been poor and they have refused to honour a package that was sold to me over the phone, even after listening to a recording of the conversation and admitting that the agent had laid out the terms (which I add were almost identical to my previous BT package). I also lodged a formal complaint but they refused point blank to budge on it - their "good will gesture" was frankly an insult. The ombudsman is probably your only option based on the stance that EE is taking but I hope that people take heed before agreeing to anything with this provider - the fact that I am hearing similar stories from you, friends and colleagues cannot be a coincidence. I certainly will not be staying with EE - I'm not putting money in their pocket after this issue.
