Anyone else still waiting for an email complaint to ee to be contacted? I’ve complained twice in 1 month both times I get generated we have received your complaint, but, on both occasions nothing else has happened. Perhaps if this chat is monitored someone from ee would like to offer an explanation before I take it much higher

I'm sorry to hear that you've been left unhappy with your service, and that you've not heard back about your complaints. It is looking like the response time to the online form is 7 days. When did you submit these?

Duplicate threads merged into one.
I recall a mail-drop from EE sometime last year where the signatory was a Rachel too. It triggered a few posts wanting contact details for the said Rachel....
