I don’t want to be part of a community, I just want to be able to manage my account and send data to other people in my plan. I can’t do that while you are upgrading the app and my son can’t go to school as I need to be able to send him data so he can use his bus pass app. NOT HAPPY!!!!

The Community has not to do with your ability to use your MyEE or to gift data to others.

All nos. need to be under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .
