Hello,
I received a letter by post stating that my mobile phone service is going to be suspended because I owe £150 on account number ***********. I pay the mobile phone bill by direct debit. I have checked against the invoices on the last three months and the payments coming out of my bank account.. Money has been transferred out of my account and I have taken photo shots proving this. The bill's for April (£52.13 taken out of my account on Thursday 10th April) and May (£52.13 taken out of my account on Monday 12th May) say they have been paid. Weirdly the bill for June says it has not been paid although £54.29 came out of my account on Tuesday 10th June.
Please could you sort out these errors and amend accordingly,

I can understand the concern if it is showing that the bill has been paid.
We don't have access to your account on the community to have a look into this here.
If it is a business account I'd recommend contacting our business guides so they can locate the account and look into this further for you.
