Hi, i pay for full coverage insurance for both of my devices , one is broken so i would need to claim on the insurance but I’m not sure how it works, do i need to pay any extra money up front? And i also wanted to upgrade too, would i need to claim on the insurance first and get the phone replaced and then upgrade it or can i just upgrade

If you give us a call on 150, the team will let you know the process to make a claim on your insurance and run through your upgrade options with you.

What sort of information are you missing?
As @Leanne_T says, maybe call 150 instead but they will likely need the same information, but may have access to it.
