Hi, why still I have been charged this month for roaming pass which I have asked for three months ago for one months only and I made a complaint about this??

Thanks for getting back to me.
 
I flew to USA for two weeks on June and came back on June so I requested for roaming pass through an EE store and still EE is charging me for roaming pass on July and August £11.40 for each months.

This would need to be cancelled after you returned to the UK, you can text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 and this will be removed for you. Or, please call us on 150 and the team will help you get this cancelled 🙂

You don't buy it for a specified period. It is ongoing. You buy it until you cancel it by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150.
