Hi my daughter gets charged every month for something called check text receipt price ranging from £13:99 to £2:49 and throughout the month on random days does anyone know what this is.How can I stop it. EE said they would cancel other subscription to see if it stops these payment’s. Thanks @Fabmel73

I would like to know what these are, especially when I have a spend cap set at 0 how can this happen ?

@Loamie : The clue is in the heading of that page, which you have unfortunately foreshortened - Services from other c... -> "companies".  They are Charges to Mobile which Spend Caps don't restrict  - see How Do I Set Up and Manage Spend Cap?

What a Spend Cap doesn't work for

A Spend Cap doesn’t restrict charges onto your mobile bill for

• Travel Data Pass
• Data pass purchases
• Add-on purchases i.e. Apple Music, TNT Sports, Minutes add-ons
• Phone insurance
• Service charges for premium calls and texts
• Charge to bill services like using your mobile bill as your App Store payment method or to enter text-based competitions and make donations 
• Voice short codes
• Premium rate texts received
• Admin charges
• Late payment fees, or
• Monthly recurring charges such as plan charges.
