Is there anything showing in your sent/received messages at the time that these messages show, @Sjb22?

Morning @foxyroxy83
Thanks for coming here.
What does the charge show as on your bill? Do you have any name or number showing?

Hello,
I had the same thing on my phone bill with "Check text receipt" at the "Apple Store" purchased through "App".
The problem with mine is that the transaction was made 36 minutes after my phone was stolen. I haven't got down to the bottom of it but it might be that someone is using your daughter's account to pay for something.
Best,
Xyra

Hi @Drizclusive
Thanks for coming here.
Have you reported this to our mobile care team to get the charges looked into?
Leanne 🙂

I believe these are App Store purchases and it’s directing you to check the text receipt that’s received after a purchase and it will tell you what app it’s for. If it’s Apple you may need to call Apple to query them.
Perhaps she’s done free trials and forgot to cancel them.

Hi,
I had the same issue, figured out that it was Apple subscriptions for me, monthly app charges. Hope this helps.

I get the same "check text receipt" message on my EE bill. It's mainly for book purchases to read on the phone. For some reason we pay Apple via EE!
I also get a monthly charge for some extra gigglebites with the same "check text receipt" thing on the EE statement.
No idea how we set it up, but its all legit.
Have a look at the texts Apple send to you and there is a link on there to show you what you've been charged.
Simples.
PS Don't ask me any other IT related questions. I'm a builder.
