Hi @Fabmel73.

Welcome to the community.

Are these charges appearing on your EE bill?

Did they stop the charges on your bill?

Could it be that your Messaging app is set up for Delivery Reports or Read Receipts, altho' it would seem rather expensive for those?

@Jon_K : Does EE charge for those?

Standard SMS delivery reports shouldn't be charged for, at least on plans with unlimited text allowances.

I would be interested to see an anonymised screenshot of a bill with these charges on, as mentioned - this forum is not C/S and no-one here has access to individual accounts or bills.

there you go I’ve got the screenshot of what they range from but this is sky rocketing my phone bill to nearly £200 a month

A Google search reveals, other than here, all hits are Russian! Worrying?

Hi @James3426,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Have you checked your messaging app to see if you've received any confirmation texts at the times you were charged?
