I'm just trying to upgrade my husbands phone as his is on its last legs and he urgently needs one for work, no chat function online anymore, trying to use the chat function on the app but none of my messages are sending anymore and I keep getting the pop up that i have a new message to check.
Any advice would be great as I need to sort this upgrade out ASAP!

If you are on contract just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
