I have insurance on the phone

I lost my phone, I forgot to contact the insurance people.I will accept my claim, a week ago. I called again on Monday and they said I would receive the phone on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest with the card. I told them that I needed the card and they told me to keep calm and I would receive them. But no answer. How long do I still have to wait?
