So I had a PAYG sim then realised it’s restricted to 4G so I bought a £31 a month sim plan… I then got a call off EE saying they can do me the same plan but unlimited everything at 30% off so £21 a month and keep the original PAYG number. So I agreed and asked what about the sim I ordered that’s £31 a month (250GB data) they said just throw it away it’ll be cancelled
I have been charged for the unlimited everything at 30% off so £21 for the number I kept, then been charged £21 (30% off the original £31) for the number of the sim EE sent out which I was told to throw away and then I’ve been charged £31 for the sim EE told me to throw away?!!!!
So as of now I have been charged £52 for a number I don’t have which EE told me to throw away and want to charge me to cancel the contract which I have never had
