Charge from other services- what does this mean?

I have been charged for'other services'. What does this mean?

@PS10  You’ve got extra charges on your bill.  It could be from anything from an add to mobile bill payment to calling a premium rate number your bill breakdown will show more information.

I'd personally expect this to be third party services or "charge to bill" type scenario.

If it's a premium-rate number, I'd expect it to be quite obvious with the number & call duration listed in the itemisation.
