@030 : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

What is it you're looking to change about your direct debit, the date or the account this is linked with?

Also are you looking to do this for a mobile or broadband account?

I have closed account that Dd is connected to but can’t figure out how to change bank?

@Smudge1000 : If the a/c is closed, there is no need to change DD. No money will be taken. You could cancel the DD from your bank end.

Hi @Smudge1000 

Is it your Bank acc that you have closed, or the Mobile/Broadband account that you have closed? 

If you have closed your bank acc and looking to update the Direct Debit detail to your new bank acc you can do this on our Set up or change a Direct Debit page
