Why is the EE website so inconsistent? I have seperate accounts for phone and broadband thanks to a whole seperate nightmare of issues as they couldn't add broadband to my existing account... Anyway, I'm trying to change my direct debit and it is not possible on my broadband account, I was met with a cacophony of errors trying to access it on my phone so switched to PC and it just does not work... Logged into my phone account and it did it in one try?! The web-page and options were ENTIRELY different? HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE!

Welcome to the EE Community.
Changing your broadband Direct Debit should be as straight forward as your mobile DD.
Have a look at Set up or change a Direct Debit page for more details.
However if you're still facing an error while trying to update your Direct Debit details please call us on 150 from an EE phone or see our Contact Us | Help & Support | EE to call from any other phone, and the team will be happy to amend the new details for you.
