Once again EE has managed to severely disappoint me. 

I pre-ordered a Pixel 9 Pro and there was huge mess up from EE side and had to end up cancelling my order and place a new order for the Pixel 9 Pro XL in store to finally be able to get it. 

I opted in for Trade-in and gave my old phone to the store right away at that very moment. However, I get an email time to time that I have not sent my device back. I called EE and told them and they said it's done and don't worry.

Today, I received a text from EE that I haven't sent my device back and they are removing the credit for Trade-in.

So to summarize they took my old phone and didn't even give me credit.

EE your service is getting worse every single day. I am so tired I really want raise a serious complaint. 

Please address this issue as soon as possible, I am not paying a single penny for this .

Have you contacted the store to see if they have any details on when the device was returned and can provide any further details?
