Hi,
I would like to ask if I can lower the data allowance and then include the call allowance in the contract with the same monthly contract price. I just started my 24-month contract last October.

@jm0511 it's probably because your plan type is currently data only if you call 0800 956 6000 option 2 option 4 from any other phone a EE Guide be able to help.
