Change payment via new credit card

I tried to add my credit card payment details outside the UK, but when I confirmed that it was my own payment, the website was blocked and the webpage could not be displayed. I cannot change the details of the credit card used for the debit. Please help me, thank you.

@ptchiang1989111 , sorry, but you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted, which. You can do for free, using Skype and the number in my signature.

The credit card is not a UK credit card. I want to use this bank's credit card for auto debit. The card that was previously set up for debit has been cancelled. I won't be back in the UK until the end of March. How do I deal with this? The page where I have to change my payment method is also locked.

@ptchiang1989111 : Are you on PAYG? Contracts don't register Bank Cards, only Direct Debits.
I believe to pay by a non-UK bank card you need to call CS.
