Hi I change my phone bill till the end of this month but originally was ment to come out next week will it still come out next week or will it definitely come out at end of the month

Have you changed the payment date to the end of the month for each month moving forwards or have you just requested to pay later for this month only?

I think I set it permanently to the end of each month

If it is a permanent change, there may be one final bill on the original date, before the change takes place fully.
What date has the bill been taken previously?

If you've only recently just made this change to have your bills taken at the end of the month, then your standard bill will still be taken on 13/11/24, and then moving forward from November it will always be taken at the end of the month.
If you head to the bottom of our Direct Debit page, it explains things in further detail.

Hey I wasn’t able to pay my SIM card on time this month so had to get it to a different date and now I can’t do the same with my phone bill am I able to set that to a different date?
