My husband and I have our own business. Unfortunately, when the EE contract was set up it was set up in his name. Every time a new device is added to the contract we have gone through the same 'hoop jumping' of requiring my husband's presence to verify over the phone that I have authority to act on the account. We requested a change of ownership over the phone and 'assumed' this had been done - but having just tried to add another phone to our contract I have been told I don't have the authority and they will need to speak to my husband over the phone. AGAIN! What must I do to get this changed - is there a form that can be completed and signed by us both like bank mandates for example as quite frankly we are at a point where we are considering termination our contract and going to another network. We are in Construction - my husband is rarely at his desk and we need a communications provider who understands the demands of business. I would love to hear back from EE (or any one in the Community) who has any advice for how this change can be done and done permanently - not just the 'one-off' which it clearly was over the phone when we were led to believe that was it done. I look forward to replies - thank you.

Thanks @StellaBS57, keep us posted on how you get on!
If it is set up as a personal account, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team, and they'll be able to look into getting this switched.
