Hi! I want to change my plan to SIM only but I have 2 numbers in my account and only one is showing and is saying that I am not the account holder so I can’t make changes

Thanks for coming here.
If you are the account holder, please log into your My EE account online and go to Account settings > Manage numbers > change to account holder. Can you then view the other number?
