FYI: I'm not a new customer.
I just had a new phone contract with data, it's £84 something monthly (insurance includes), said it will be unlimited data, however, after I checked in the app, it showed that data plan is 25GB essential £69 a month, I don't understand.
EE Guide in store gave me free 2 sim cards, they didn't say at all that I will be charge, It will expires in a month, I checked the app, and it said that I will be charge £26.60 for each in the next bill, why?
Also, since I lost my phone, lost my number, I went to ask for a replacement sim, changes to my old number, I inserted in my phone but no network at all.
I hope you can help me somehow.

@huongnguyen2603 This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum. You’re basically posting your phone numbers on internet. Your image haven’t and will not be approved. Do not post private information on the internet this is for your benefit.
You need to go back to the store and request to speak to the manager as it sounds like you’ve been misled two sim only contracts at £26.60 each. You can also inquire about the contract that you agreed to but didn’t read and information on what you was actually agreeing too but still agreed to it.

I have checked the contract and didn't see anything of those, that's why. I will have to come to speak with them tomorrow.
