I’m in the UK and am experiencing exactly the same issue. The Executive team member of staff I was dealing with gave me the same number and it doesn’t work.

Thanks for reaching it.
just ongoing problems with the website not working for eefinance and now a seriously incorrect bill.
I’ve called the number you give and sit in a never ending queue. The exec team seem to have disappeared!
