Hello, I have tried to explain to you that I lost my job on the 13tb of September and have been out of work until recently.
I have started a new position but because I only worked 8 days in December I haven’t yet been paid. My new pay date on the last day of the month, so please can you update the direct debit date and give me access until then? It is essential that I have my phone as still looking for work.
Thank you, Leonie Mortimer. XXXXX XXXXXX

Hi @Lainie77
Welcome to the community.
I'm really sorry to hear that, but congratulations on the new job.
Is your mobile service live and working now? You can request the change of Direct Debit date through your EE Online account.
