I am trying to view bills but every time I click on either 'View my bill' in the Latest Bill box or click 'Bills and Payments' on the top ribbon, it takes me to a blank page. This has been the case for a week now

Welcome to the community.
Are you trying to view your bills on the EE website or in the EE app?
If it is the app, can you try to delete it and install again? If it is on the website, can you clear the cookies and cache and try again?

I still cannot view bills, when are EE going to sort this out, I cannot claim VAT without a bill.
COME ON EE IT'S BEEN MONTHS NOW!!!
