Awful service cannot cancel

Can someone help me, I can't get in touch via the phone, via the chat I never connect with anyone no matter how long I wait, they must know I want to cancel and refuse to connect me.

My 2 years with EE are coming to an end and for the extortionate price they are asking I moved to Giffgaff, but still need to give notice, which I can't because no one is replying.

I wish to leave ee at no extra cost as your service is not safe. I need a far
more reliable service as I have a daughter with special needs. My wife, I and
my daughter do not have reliable service. I am contacting you this was as I do not even have a signal. I have loved a complaint

This is certainly never how we'd want you to feel about your service, and I totally understand your concerns if you'e using this as an important lifeline.

We don't have account access via these forums to check up on your complaint, but have you had a chance yet to check the area using our network status checker?

This should give you an overview of the general coverage in the area, along with details of any known outages in the area.

One thing to be aware of as well is our WiFi calling service, as this is a really handy way of keeping connected as normal when there's no cellular service available.
