monthly invoice being shown as paid in our account not able to view or download

Hey @wentworthn, welcome to the EE Community 😊

If you have a direct debit set up, your bill will automatically show as paid once this is produced, as our system assumes the payment will come out on the requested day as normal. 

This would update to show as outstanding if the payment were to fail for any reason, and we would text you to let you know if this was the case too. 

What exactly is happening when you try to view the bill?

I don’t no how to get my invoice up to view it

Hi @Ray1956, welcome to the EE Community.

Have you created an EE ID so you can log in and check your account details online or via our App?

If you have, provided you link it to your mobile account this should allow you to view these in the billing section
