Refund on final bill

I cancelled my EE contract on the 11/7 but was still charged for my final bill on the 15/7. Can I get a refund on this bill please

You wouldn't have received your final bill yet. To cancel you would've needed to give 30 days notice. When your notice expires you will get a final bill shortly afterwards crediting any time not served
