I am writing to request the early termination of my EE mobile contract, as I will be permanently relocating outside the United Kingdom in four months’ time.

My contract began in February 2025 and is due to end in February 2027. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be unable to maintain my service from abroad.
I kindly ask that you provide me with:
A written breakdown of any early termination charges or device repayments I may need to settle.
Confirmation of the contract cancellation process, including my final billing date.
Clarification on whether I need to pay any outstanding device balance and whether the handset must be returned.
I understand there is a 30-day notice period and am happy to comply. I would appreciate it if this process could begin as soon as possible or on the earliest eligible date you advise.
If needed, I can supply documentation as evidence of my relocation abroad.
