Cancelled Plan but still being charged

Hello, 

I canceled our plan more than 45 days ago however I am still being charged. I have moved out of the country and when I call I am on hold forever with no one answering. Is there something I can do to get this resolved, otherwise I will need to dispute the charges with the bank. Thank you.
