router returned on 2-2-24 but still billed £85 I have proof of posting

@Pam690  Then you need to call customer services about this.  

Hello Chris

I have tried  phoning  150 several times and replied with sending text messages stating the above

Sadly they don't phone me back

The Post Office have apologised  ,they agree that the tracking return was  correct ,and conclude that the parcel is lost

EE has to contact the Post Office and claim the £85 back apparently

The label address was 

BT/EE

Returns

Yorkshire Distribution Centre

YDC

XX10 1BT

This postcode has been mentioned on several threads going back years

Is this post code accurate?

I have done exactly what EE asked

So why do I get no response or my money refunded-it is dishonest
