Hello Chris
I have tried phoning 150 several times and replied with sending text messages stating the above
Sadly they don't phone me back
The Post Office have apologised ,they agree that the tracking return was correct ,and conclude that the parcel is lost
EE has to contact the Post Office and claim the £85 back apparently
The label address was
BT/EE
Returns
Yorkshire Distribution Centre
YDC
XX10 1BT
This postcode has been mentioned on several threads going back years
Is this post code accurate?
I have done exactly what EE asked
So why do I get no response or my money refunded-it is dishonest

Good afternoon @pat20_.
Thanks for coming here.
By any chance did you get receipt or any tracking information when posting the router?
